1. No Return Policy
       All sales are final. We do not accept returns once the product is sold and delivered. 

         Please  ensure all specifications and requirements are confirmed before purchase.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods or delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• “Payment current” applies to all invoices. Any delay may result in service hold or penalties.
   

3. Product Warranty

• Hardware parts are covered under manufacturer warranty only (if applicable).
   
• Kalpataru Infosys is not responsible for physical damage, improper installation, or third-party tampering.
   

4. Software & Service Support

• Software installations or services are non-refundable once initiated.
   
• Custom solutions are provided based on client-approved scope. Any changes may incur extra cost.
   

5. Delivery & Liability

• Delivery charges are chargeable.
   
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or natural disruptions.
   

6. Confidentiality & Data
All client data shared with Kalpataru Infosys is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell data under any circumstance.
